We specialize in: Hand Scissoring - we make certain your pet is styled with balance, symmetry, and perfection.
Flea Solutions: We educate our clients on how to get rid of flea problems once and for all. We are the local distributor for Cessco 7C which is an aerosol spray that we recommend for treatment of your indoor areas. We explain and offer granular treatments to be used for outdoor areas. For your pet, we offer applications of Frontline Flea Preventative. You cannot rid your pet of fleas and ticks by applying a product to your pet ONLY. To be successful, you must treat your pet, your home, and your yard. Skin Care Problems: We are not a veterinarian, but we can treat your pet through “shampoo therapy”. This relative new method of treatment involves the use of cleansing, moisturizing, anti-seborrhea, degreasing, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-pruritic (anti-itch) shampoos. Should your pet have skin problems, we will assess your pet’s individual situation and then establish a bathing regimen for those characteristics we may find such as dryness, oiliness, scaling and inflammation.. Each client is provided with a personalized bathing routine. Then, we maintain a complete history of each visit t0 our salon so that we can monitor your pet's progress and adjust their routine as necessary.
Non-Sedative: We do NOT offer any type of sedative for your pet. Should your pet require a sedative, it will be necessary for you to take your pet to a licensed veterinarian. Once your veterinarian prescribes a sedative, we will glad to administer, under the direction of your veterinarian, and then groom. We will, however, work with your pet and try to groom them, even with unruly temperaments, unless we feel it is a danger to your pet or our staff. Normally, because of our training in animal behaviors and handling techniques, we do not incur a problem.
Boarding: Everyone needs a place to hang his collar, even if it’s just for a little while! We offer a safe, comfortable and affordable environment for animals who, for whatever the reason, must be away from their human companions.
Contact us to learn more about our boarding services! Boarding is offered 7 days per week with pickup and drop offs DAILY. Owner lives on premises.
